AlohaSafe Workplace has a feature that allows you to keep your survey responses submitted the day before.
The daily reminder email includes a “No Change” option. Simply select “No Change” to confirm nothing has changed and expedite your health survey response. Not seeing the “No Change” link, here are some reasons you might be see it:
Approved badge
In the daily reminder notification, there is a button that says “No Change”. If you have an approved badge from the previous day, you will be given the option to use choose the “No Change” button.
If your initial badge was a “Need Review” and then changed “Approved,” you will not be given the option to use the “No Change” button.
Remote workers
Remote workers are not given to option to use the “No Change” button. This is because there are equal number of steps to update your remote status as there is to update your “No Change” status.
Check with your company
Although the “No Change” option is available to all organizations, your company may opt out of using this feature. If you have questions about whether or not you should be seeing a “No Change” button in your daily reminder emails, please contact your HR/administration department.
